Low Hill Nursery

Welcome to Low Hill Nursery. Where friendships are built, curiosity is born, and learning is fun.

Head Teacher's Welcome

We hope this website will enable you to find out what you need to know about Low Hill Nursery School.
It will allow you to look at our school policies and procedures and is also a link between home and school. We will share news and information regularly and upload photos of all the lovely learning that happens here at Low Hill Nursery.
We have an 'open door' policy, so any things you wish to know, you can ask Pauline and Jas at reception, ask your childs key worker or ask to speak to our Pastoral Manager Michelle Dudley, our Deputy Head Natalie Showell or Myself, Gill Owen, the Head Teacher.

Learning Journeys
Please follow this link to discover your child’s learning journey. Please remember you will need your individual log in details to be able to access their work. You can download the work or upload things you would like to share from home. The learning journeys will be available until the end of the year.

05-07-2019: Sunflowers Summer Trip to Hoo Farm
event image

Start Time: 05-07-2019

End Time: All Day Event

Additional Info: We have arranged to take the children from Sunflowers Class to Hoo Farm Animal Kingdom where we will be seeing a variety of animals including meerkats, lemurs, reptiles and farmyard animals too.
Each child must be accompanied on this trip by a family member.  Please bring a packed lunch and drink as we will be having lunch together in the picnic area.
The visit has been arranged for Friday 5th July 2019.
Children should arrive at school for 8.45am and the coach will leave school at 9.00am prompt and will return at 2.30pm approximately.
After much thought we have to ask parents to contribute £5 towards the costs (the actual cost is £30.75 per child but the Nursery school is subsidising this visit).
We would like you to know that all contributions are made on a voluntary basis, but that if we do not collect enough contributions to offset costs, we may have to cancel the visit. We would like all our children to come however, and we ask anyone who is in difficulty to please speak to Emma.
Please complete the attached form if you and your child would like to come on the visit to Hoo Farm.
